Walk to Emmaus
The Walk to Emmaus is a 3 1/2 day experience of Christian spiritual renewal and formation. Held at a retreat center, participants spend time singing, learning, laughing, praying, worshiping, and participating in small groups.
Although the purpose of Emmaus is to develop leaders for the church, the experience of each individual is usually completely unique. Emmaus will inspire, challenge, and equip participants for Christian action in their homes, churches, and places of work.
The Walk consists of a series of 15 talks and the discussion following. You will experience God's grace through the prayers and acts of anonymous service offered by the Emmaus community.
For more information, see the Houston North Emmaus Community web site.
