Consecration/Dedication of new Flag Pole

On Sunday, July 6, 2008, AUMC Consecrated and Dedicated our new flag pole.  The flag pole was a gift from Cub Scout Pack 56, which has been sponsored by AUMC since 1991, and they provided a color guard to raise the first flag.  As a memento of the occasion, AUMC then presented Pack 56 with an American Flag which had flown over the Capitol building in Washington, D.C.
